2. Preparing the Product: Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Please note: Underwear, hosiery, and jumpsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive the returned product at our studio, we will inspect its condition and send you a notification via email. A refund will be issued promptly.
