Return policy
If you're not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days via a courier. Please have your tracking number ready when you contact us for a refund. We will process a money refund as soon as we receive the items back at the Studio.
*Please note: Under-pants and bodysuits are non-refundable.
All returns should be sent back in the original packaging provided. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Delivery
VAKPROJECT delivers across Russian Federation. We offer 3 delivery options:
- Delivery within Moscow by courier (1-3 business days) - payed when checking out.
- Delivery to Moscow Oblast with CDEK Delivery (1-3 business days) - payed upon arrival.
- Shipping to other regions or towns in Russia with CDEK Delivery (2-5 business days) - payed upon arrival.
